Jujutsu Kaisen #271 Summary
Itadori and his team sorting out the current situation
- Kugisaki checked the woman’s body, but found no curse marks or markings of the jutsu formula, so he guessed that the culprit was nearby.
- Fushiguro says that either the technique is suitable for covert use or the curse is a master of curse power. Furthermore, Fushiguro estimated that if there is no time for the man’s face to return to normal, there might be enemies within a radius of 100 meters, which is a broad estimate considering the harmlessness of the situation.
- We think there are too many buildings and blind spots to search for them.
- Fushiguro says that if the culprit invokes the technique, he can detect it.
- Itadori and Kugisaki propose various ideas, but Fushikuro says no. In response, Itadori and the others complain to Fushiguro.
- Fushikuro says that he will catch the enemy when he re-activates the technique.
- Fushiguro points to a 40th floor apartment building and suggests that since it is over 150 meters to the top floor, they could pose as visiting friends and climb up to get out of the jutsu’s range.
Securing the culprit
- A couple gets on an elevator in a tower block, and just as they reach the 40th floor, the woman notices that the man’s face has returned to normal.
- After receiving the report, Itadori and his team find a suspicious man on the roof of another building. Kugisaki and Itadori jump out of the building and arrive in front of the suspicious man.
- Kugisaki thought it would be an easy win, but then he notices that the eyes of both parties have been changed by the enemy’s technique.
- The culprit attempts to flee, but is secured by Fushikuro’s “Giyokuken, Kon.”
- Itadori and the others ask if he knows the female culprit, but he replies that he does not know her.
- The culprit is angry with the woman. Apparently, the culprit is the one who bought the bag the woman is carrying.
- After interviewing both parties, it turns out that the culprit was a customer of the woman when she was a cabaret girl!
- The culprit is taken into custody and shows great remorse in the car
Itadori says a few words to the fat culprit
- Time goes back to before the battle, and Gojo says, “Don’t you care about Gojo Satoru or something?” Itadori says, “Don’t you care about Gojo Satoru or something? Itadori, on the other hand, wonders
- Gojo tells Itadori that he doesn’t want Itadori to think that way in the future. He talks about how he hopes that everyone will be more mature than Gojo, and that at least one person will forget about himself and have a completely different strength.
- Itadori tells Gojo that he is very weak, but Gojo is not, and says to Itadori, “I have high hopes for you, Yuji.
- Time goes back, and the culprit reflects on how he has made mistakes, not knowing how to convey favors for his age, and to top it all off, blaming the other person.
- Itadori remembers Gojo’s words and asks him to help him with his next job. Finally, to the culprit, Itadori says, “I’m counting on you!” he says
- Itadori puts on a radiant face while clasping his left hand
Sukuna Suggests Changing Way of Life
- The scene changes and Sukuna appears in front of Mahito. Mahito explains to Sukuna that it is the pathway of his soul.
- He points out to Sukuna that Mahito has been lying to himself and others.
- He declares that he was born as a deformed abomination, and that it was his revenge against those who despised and abused him.
- Sukuna replied, “Same thing,” without denying that he too had lived his life to the fullest, “I didn’t know any other way to live, that’s how I lived.
- Saying that he had two chances to choose a different way to go, thinking of the woman and Uraume.
- He says that if there was a next time, he might change his way of life and puts his right hand on Uraume’s shoulder.
- Mahito said he wanted to see his child alone and decided to lie down.
The last finger of Tsuina” is drawn.
- Four second-year students, Otokotsu, Maki, Inumaki and Panda, two third-year students, Hakari and Kirara, and three first-year students, Itadori, Fushikuro and Kugisaki, are depicted.
- Hakari is also depicted, so it appears he was exempt from suspension.
- Finally, a hundred-leaf box is drawn, inside of which the last finger of Sukuna was present.
Let’s look forward to the future development of Jujutsu Kaisen!
