ONE PIECE #1131 Summary
Luffy converses with Loki in the “Underworld
・Luffy arrives at Elbaf and is impressed by how big everything is.
・Loki gets angry at Luffy for continuing to talk without listening to the other clansmen.
・Loki tells Luffy that he is the sun god and not to open his mouth without permission.
・Loki, who has been held captive for six years and wants to be released.
